Upgrade the Binary Comparison level from Basic to V.2 Pro.
Fix a critical bug in the Comparison function, which was reported by "the_beginner" on 10/02/2025.
Fix the title and functionality of the Exe/Dll button so that it properly selects the patched file in the Comparison Function.
