OK! These are the rules of your forum based on reputation points
I can Post a new topic and gains points to download attachment

But IMHO In the case of this newly created tool, it needs to be tested by several people
From what I see, it's only been tested by your team, maybe fewer than five people! Who have really tested it
What would be effective is publishing it on other RCE forums, which could certainly generate a lot of feedback
These feedback can help to fix and improve the tool

Direct download link = Feedback
Publishing it on other RCE forums = Feedback
You can ignore this advice and continue to apply your download rules or ONLY exclude your tool to get benefit from everyone's feedback

The team is not ready to publish it with a direct link yet because they consider it a pre-release. It is currently available only to members who have points. Once they add more features and fix some bugs, they will publish it with a direct link.

بارك الله فيكم على المجهود 

بس الصراحة اللودر معقد و يحتاج تطوير مثال اضافة حقول يعني حقل لل RVA  وحقل لل بايتات و حقل للوقت ! + بما انو للفريق كان لازم يكون عربي و  يجب ان يكون متاحة للكل لتحميله و شرح مطبق على حمايات قوية (هذا رائيي )
