Themida & WinLicense 2.4.6 Unpack-Bypass Help

Hi all
i need help to unpack Themida & WinLicense 2.0 - 2.4.6
software protected on Vmwre and after run under Vmware software say: Sorry, this application cannot run under a Virtual Machine
also software need to winlicense license (regkey.dat) to run
i tested several method but no results
also my knowledge about unpacking is short
could you help me or guide me to unpack or bypass license request?

it also has flexlm protection, but no need to patch flexlm
