الفيرجن القديم dotnet وانا كنت بعدل عليه وبفتحه على reflector بس تفريبا هو عايز فيرجن معين من de4dot

You are dealing with the wrong file maybe, 
If I'm right, your file is this one:

 AND this file is protected with ASprotect 2.78 as you can see in the picture
so your file is not a dotnet application
Next time, you should check where to download your applications as many sites offer Viruses embedded with apps.
